Mobile home park located at Castle Rock Circle Sylva, NC. The trailers have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Monthly rent price is $800-$900, with a matching deposit. Most units have central air conditioning. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Included in rent is yard maintenance and a water and sewer stipend.
